Welcome to ES Audio Recording Studios - Glendale, CA

-Creating a safe, professional, and comfortable environment since 2004.

We have proudly grown from a humble, one-room studio in North Hollywood, CA, to our current state-of-the-art facility in Glendale, CA, where we moved in 2005.

From the start, we've had the privilege of working on numerous outstanding projects and earning recognition from our clients as one of the most comfortable, best-sounding, and affordable studios in Los Angeles.

Nestled in the charming Equestrian neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley, our studio is conveniently close to Downtown LA, Hollywood, and major studios such as Universal, Disney, Nickelodeon, WB, NBC, and ABC. Despite our convenient location, we offer the privacy and discretion valued by even the most renowned artists.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a "Vibey, Homey" atmosphere that harks back to the classic recording ethos.

Studio “A” is spacious enough for a full band, providing both the space and acoustic quality needed to capture authentic, live sound.

Studio “B” offers an affordable yet high-quality space ideal for vocals and various instruments, preserving the charm of traditional recording with a straightforward, press-record-and-play approach.

Feel free to explore our website and reach out with any questions or comments.

We look forward to collaborating with you on your next project. Let's create some fantastic music together!

FAQS

What makes each Studio different?

Studio A is overall larger than the other studios. Also, we can record the whole band "LIVE" in Studio A. There is a lot more outboard gear in Studio A, which makes it more of an "Old School" vibe while you are tracking and mixing.

Studio B is perfect for those overdub and vocal session where you don't need the larger studio with multiple inputs at the same time,
(ie: recording a full band, LIVE) - Studio B still has an awesome vibe and quality. Just less space.

The Podcast Production Studio is our versatile space that is great for a producer to build on a project, write, record a demo for a vocalist, etc. And we also have the ability to transform the space into a podcast recording space very quickly. Complete with lights and cameras and all the podcast production tools that you may need in order to produce, record, edit and mix your podcast and have it ready to post very quickly.

Do you also Mix and Master in all of the Studios?

Yes. The monitoring systems in our studios are perfect for all genres of music. Studio A has more options for monitoring that Studio B but at the same time. Some of us prefer to mix in a smaller, more intimate setting.

Both studios A & B are equipped with various vintage outboard gear to achieve that unforgettable sound that so many "Plugin" companies try to achieve with software.

The Podcast studio is perfect for editing and getting a good quality sound ready to upload your podcast to your favorite hosting service.

Can I still use the gear even though I bring my own engineer?

Yes, absolutely. Most guest engineers that come through our studio appreciate the detail we have given to making them feel at home with how things work and the simplicity of the way the systems are laid out.

And on top of al that, your studio rate includes an assistant to make sure you get up and running without delay. Let's get to the good stuff.
